The Moorhead Photograph Collection from a Fargo Forum collection, containing photographs of Moorhead in the early 1900s. There are aerial views of the area as well as a picture of a parade and the interior of a store. Two flood scenes are pictured. The majority of the collection is a series of unique social scenes likely taken by R. Grant Price. Many include young adults, some of whom are identified.

Abstract
The Oscar Forness Photograph Collection originally consisted of eight albums that contained detailed images of Fargo-Moorhead through the medium of photography. The albums were purchased by the donor at a Fargo antique store and then presented to the Institute. The photographer attempted to capture as many storefronts and streets as appeared during the 1960s and early 1970s.
